Seafood Sauce (China)

Ingredients

2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of ginger (minced)
3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar

Pop all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Thats it! You can serve as a dip for seafood hors d'oeuvres or fish treats.
