The first two soups on the Soups Page are two of my favorite Thai soups. Whenever I return home to the village my mother always prepares Tom Ka Gai because she knows how much I love it. The combination of chili, coriander and rich coconut milk is like nothing else I've tasted. There's nothing better than being able to prepare such a delicous dish well. Check out the bookstore we've put on this site. I can't belive it, but Barnes & Noble actually have excellent cookbooks and travel books discounted up to 90%. I was amazed and I've purchased from them without problems.
