Curried Chicken Rolls (China)

Ingredients

2 pieces of chicken breast
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
2 cups of glutinous rice
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
2 teaspoons of curry powder
3 tablespoons of peanut oil

Pop the rice in a pot and add 3 cups of water then bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about twenty minutes. Heat the peanut oil in a wok or pan and add the garlic and onions then stir fry for two minutes. Add the curry powder and stir fry for one minute. Add the chicken and the salt and stir for about two minutes or until the chicken is lightly brown and cooked. Add the cooked rice and mix it well. Now pop the mixture out of the wok and have some foil ready. Form the mixture into twenty rolls, wrapping each in foil, pop in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
