Chili Salad (Thailand)
This is a lovely (if rather
spicy) salad dish that may only be enjoyed by those who adore spicier tastes.
Ingredients
10 fresh green chilies (chop them up)
1-2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tablespoon shrimp powder
3 teaspoons of finely chopped lemon rind
2 tablespoons grated garlic
3 teaspoons finely chopped lemon rind
juice of half a lemon
Chop up the green chili and mix all the ingredients together.This salad
serves very well with curry and boiled rice.
