Fresh Lemon Grass Salad (Thailand)
Here's a quick and easy salad
that takes five minutes to throw together and is interesting enough to please.
Ingredients
4 stems of lemon grass
5 fresh red chilies (chop them up)
1 to 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
Use only the pale, tender base of the lemon grass. Wash well and chop
finely. Place in a bowl and add the chilies and fish sauce. Mix well and serve with curry
and boiled rice.
