Thai cuisine is famous for its use of herbs like coriander and Galangal to lighten heavy meat dishes. The recipes on the Meat Dishes Page use some of these devices and are some of my favorite Asian meat dishes. Even though they're now well known, I think the red and green curry dishes are delicious Thai food. They're the 'meat and veg' equivalent in Thailand (and that suits me fine!). Check out the bookstore we've put on this site. I can't belive it, but Barnes & Noble actually have excellent cookbooks and travel books discounted up to 90%. I was amazed and I've purchased from them without problems.
